Gas stations play these games to see if they can get others to play along so they can gouge prices, I think. I see it near my house all the time, while Sam's Club will just keep theirs constant. I filled up at Sam's on Monday for $2.11 while gas stations ranging from 100 yards to a couple miles away had prices ranging from 2.29 to 2.49.

Was down to about 2.14 last week, now it is 2.55, I quit trying to understand it.
Was last week 1.98 by Friday it was 2.09 by yesterday was 2.01 and now 2.15

prices came down a penny a day or 2 for the last month to get to 1.88 last thursday... friday was 2.09 at QT and most others.. murphy stayed at 1.88... Saturday QT came back down to 1.89. the last 2 days up .10 a day to today everybody is 2.09...
