Not new to site, but new to the forums. Hi to all!
Born and raised in South Louisiana and love it. If it wouldn't be for those damn hurricanes things would be awesome. The fish never have a chance down here.
I am from the city of central. i was born and raised in central. i fish mainly the spillway and oxbow lakes like false river, concordia, and st. john. If it isnt hunting season I am in my bass boat every weekend. I am planning on joining a bass club once I settled down a bit and get into tournaments. I just got married so I am trying to get my ducks in a row right now with everything.

I used to fish Lake Ray Roberts in Sanger, TX with a relative of mine when I lived in Dallas. I really liked that lake alot. We always seemed to catch fish.
This is my first boat and I am just now getting "big" into bass fishing. Overall, I pretty much suck as a fisherman right now - I have alot of trouble knowing where to fish on the lake, what to throw, what to do when weather conditions abruptly change, what colors to use, etc ... I need to find some experienced fisherman who will help me learn what to look for.

Ok Here I am too. Where are the la tournaments posted? Are there any lakes over 4' deep? As you can tell Im new to the area and used to fishing very deep clear water. At first glance I thought Toledo Bend was an irrigation ditch, never thought it was a lake. Cant wait to fish some T's with ya.
