It took them 84 years to release the MOVE. I certainly wouldn't be waiting for a 2.0 model if I was considering buying one lol.

Before u spend that amount I would go run one first. Theres quite a few people who have swapped back to a Garmin or Quest from it. I’m not a huge fan of the pedal slack nor the lack of lift and stow assist. It needs a stiffer cylinder and bounce buster for the amount of money ur spending

For all the “game changer” hype, I still sure don’t see a compelling reason to pay 1500 more for one vs the competition.

I love mine - solid bracket and sooooo quiet. Lift assist does need some help.

I have 2 years on a Ultrex and 2 years on a ghost. Now have a Move and this is the best TM by a long shot (compared to the other 2). The pedal feel is great, it’s super fast, super quiet, the LED speed gauge is mint, Spot lock is dead on, The heading feature actually works, The Customer service is so far above the others it’s not comparable.

    the minuses.
‘It’s a little heavy to stow and deploy. I have a turret style transducer mount and that really makes it worse. But not a super big deal because I grab the shaft of the turret and yank it up and over on deploy. Stow is not that bad. So ya. I agree with the folks saying it’s a but heavier but I am not bothered too much by it because once it’s wet you don’t think about it, But would not complain if it was easier.

My best way to compare would be that the features on the move work the way I wished Ghost and Ultrex worked. The spot lock and heading are what make these expensive trolling motors worth the money. So the extra coin the Move costs gets you those features the way they should work.

Also. I have a really nice Ghost with 2 seasons on it for sale.
