It was 6:00 AM on the dot this morning. There were 20+ trucks/boats in line waiting for the park ranger to open the gate when I got there. No idea if it will open any earlier as the days get longer but I sure hope so. Hope this helps.
Update: Leesylvania opens at 6:00 during the week and 5:00 on the weekends. Asked the gentleman at the entrance this morning.
