If I had to guess, I would say the 1st and 2nd Gen USDM Evergreen Combat Stick 7'3" Shower Blows rod was modeled after this OG Heracles EG Swimming.
This is a mod-fast taper rod with the typical excellent build quality and craftsmanship of a Made in Japan Evergreen. You can use fluoro, braid/leader, mono, and fish just about any moving bait from 3/8-1 oz. I fish 1 oz lipless, 3/8 - 1/2 poppers, 3/8-3/4 chatters, 1/2-1 oz topwaters, and even 3/8 swimjigs on this rod...and it performs extremely well for all of these techs. Also, wake baits on the 3/8-1 oz range are also great on it.
i can second @dragon1 - this rod is awesome. Tough one to find these days. I use mine for 1/2 and 3/4oz jackhammers, spinnerbaits, and swimjigs. If you are someone who uses braid then you could power this thing up even further.
