That is your favorite thing to cook? You just throw them in the grill and roll them around for a couple minutes.

Not many are gonna know what it is, but it is hot dog perfection. Such a North Jersey thing.

Chicago style by far, and you MUST steam the bun.

Grilled or fried with some char served with mustard, chili, slaw and maybe onions. That is also the order they go on, I can’t stand having the mustard on the top.

There is only one name and it is Oscar Mayer. Put respect on it.

Easiest way is baked at 475 or so until crispy and slightly charred. Toasted buns with ketchup and cheddar cheese.

Oscar Mayer. Ain't no other hot dog to be had.

Charcoal grilled is the best. I don’t want them all black, but a good browning. Actually done that the other night. Sometimes me and my wife will go out to the garage and set on the front concrete pad and pull out our little portable grill and make hotdogs and roast some marshmallows. We do that just before dark and set there for awhile and enjoy the cattle and other critters in our field. Good times!

It might be complicated but.... grilled until it splits, butter and brown the bun, lay the dog on a bed of sauteed onions, cover with a layer of chili, top with a slice of bacon and a squirt of ketchup.

I can only eat them off the grill. That's one food that I can't eat after dark because it will haunt me and my stomach the entire night.
