    595 prop selection

Hey all looking for you recommendation on a prop for my 2016 595 with a 200merc pro xs 2 stroke running a turning point 3 blade 24p currently would like to get top speed so far I'm pushing low 60s and starting to walk at that point. But I feel like I should be able to get back to upper 60s low 70s with this set up,

First, you need to learn how to drive through the chine walk. No prop is going to take it out of that hull. First you need to balance the boat. Take a level and lay it on the back deck and then move the weight around until it’s level. Remember to set it up like you use it the most. If you fish with a partner, then set the weight to level it with two people. Next is check your prop shaft height. You need to be in the 1.5in to .5in below the pad for the boat to handle its best.
Go over to the Bass Cat board and there is a video that Rick Pierce done on how to drive a high performance boat. It will help you learn how to drive the boat.
