    Battery Question

Hi all. Mercury Pro XS 2B781704
Would like to run a Inoic Lithium 125Ah 1100 CCA dual purpose battery for my cranking battery. Any issues in doing this. TIA.

I wouldn’t think there would be any issue. That battery is plenty strong on CCA and also has plenty of reserve capacity. I have a MillerTech 135 Ah dual purpose battery for my cranking battery and it works flawlessly. My engine is a 4-stroke 225 V8.

As long as the battery meets all of the MINIMUM criteria that Mercury published- there's no problem. A reference with all of those specifications is provided in the FAQ section and pinned for your use.
