Card weighed 28-5 with 4 fish. He said he lost a 7lber at the boat that would have put him at 35 or so.

so for you locals. What do you think the weights would have been without FFS. The little bit I watched guys were catching bed fish.

Gee said he had the bites just didn't execute. I remember him saying at Toledo weigh in that he was on 30lb bags in pre-practice here on Fork, let's see what he can do tomorrow!

Cifuentes is a surprise for me though, my fantasy team is struggling after a good first round

Wrong time of year for him to excel on his home lake. Honestly they threw him a curveball to limit him winning a 3 peat it feels like.

go figure…having actual regulations on a fishery has a positive impact on the fish population

There are still lots of tournaments on Fork. Some are very large ones that are yearly events and have been for quite some time.

Yes, I remember watching one of those big bass events where they had over 1,000 boats. What was interesting as they have hourly weigh-ins at those things is that you could place in the hourly deal with a fish that was under the line. A 16 incher or whatever the lower slot is. Catch a fat 16 inch fish that outweighs the others of the same length. Plenty of tourneys on that lake, you just have to work within the rules.

Fork has more tournaments on it yearly than just about any lake in Texas besides Rayburn. There are several 1000 boat plus tournaments on it as well as more local and regional events than you can count.

How many overs can you have in boat at one time?

I might have missed it or it might not have been discussed at all. I’m guessing Soakup punched a hole in his hull during practice or was it damaged at Toledo?
