If swapping gauges provides similar results, I would recheck the pressures at 1000-1100 RPM's and make sure the differential (delta) is within spec.

Otherwise not anything I'm concerned with from those numbers....
I rechecked the pressures at 1000-1100 RPM's and had 90 PSI Air and 104 PSI Fuel.

Checked the Air and Fuel pressures at the river at ALL RPM's and I don't see any pressures dropping out, or fluctuating, yet the problem is still there. The motor wont pull more than 5600 RPM.
I tried to make data recordings with the Rinda software, but apparently when I closed the lid on my laptop the recordings stopped.........dammit!

Came back home and installed all new spark plugs.
Also inspected all the grounds on the coil plate and coil plate to motor mounting surfaces.
