i was installing some fiber reeds and i noticed on the manifold there are some square rubber pieces pressed in.im missing three of them.is this a concern

its on the front bottom of the crankcase where the block joins.it still turns all the way.

i have a good used one for 750

the double oiling doesnt start until it reaches 1500 rpm so thats not the issue.

also on the plugs check the dimond tip inside.if thats worn out or short it will make it hard to start
