What savage said, it was the o ring on the fitting of the air side where it connects to the fuel rail.

Fix was completed, the compressor fitting at the rail had a bad o ring. When it got warm it got worse with the expansion. New fitting with o ring fixed the problem. It did mimick a tracker valve bet...
