With my 115 SHO . Developed an issue which seems like fuel restriction . A few trips back it started with some hesitation misses early on then would clear up and run fine . Figured I would go ahead...
Thats pretty much what I had in mind if and when mine does crack , weld and plate it . I dropped by my dealers place today to pick up some fuel filters and got to look at one on a RT178 trailer that...
That looks much better . I could live with that . Lol . Thanks Bill .
I agree with that . All you have to do is look at it and scratch your head and say , dam they could have done something better than that ! If and when mine does crack , I’ll replace it with something...
Mine is still ok . I keep a close eye on it .
 Or in witness protection
Yep , about the same numbers here also .
I agree . Coming out of a 17 ft Xpress , I liked the pad hull ride but that booger was hell maneuvering around docks and ramps trying to keep the bow pointed in the right direction while backing up...
Sorry for your loss man . Prayers f.or you and your family .
:thumb up2:
Another option that you can do with the XLT jack is replace the over sized wheel with the factory jack wheel . It doesn't look bad and will allow the jack to fold without having to add a spacer
Good deal . Like I mentioned on an earlier post , mine rubs a little also but with the carpet it isn’t affecting the seats . The added coating on the metal lid might do the trick . :thumb up2:
I’m just curious OP . Did Ranger fix this issue ? Haven’t heard anything lately .
Dam , I thought you just ordered it 2 weeks ago .
I know what you’re going through and I only had to wait 6 weeks ! Hang in there bud . She’ll be there soon enough
Well that chaps my ass ! I missed a good chance to pass you up ! No , seriously dude , I enjoy reading all of your post and your knowledge on boats . Glad it was a cheap fix . :beers:
That boat looks pretty dam good for just being another run of the mill aluminum bass boat ! Just saying ... :thumb up2:
Oh yeah ! :laugh::thumb up2:
That’s awesome . She came out really nice. I like the simple Graphics you put on her . She pops ! Did you post the pic of the ass end just for me ?
Let somebody video you walking around on your boat while at rest . You might be surprised at what you don’t notice while in it .
I doubt it . That’s one thing I really miss from my old Xpress boat . Sitting straight up in the drivers seat and the top of the windshield was right at eye level . That thing was perfect .
Were your bench seats mounted on an under seat storage box ? If so I don’t know if I would want to give that up , but that’s just me . I like my under seat storage box .
Wait , maybe it was a yammie he was passing
Must be fast . Did it blow the paint off passing up a Suzuki?
As a former Xpress owner and now a RT , I agree . Although my Xpress was a foot shorter than my RT , it was a booger in the wind . Even somewhat difficult maneuvering around docks when backing up...
