Sorry I lied. I thought I had a lighter reel on the 7'1 LTB. It balances pretty well with a Daiwa Fuego 3000 (7.5oz)

For reference a Daiwa Tatula LT 2500 was too light for this rod.

Do you find the 7'3 tip heavy at all? My 7'1 LTB balances well with a light-ish reel. The 7'3 I handled at a local shop felt pretty tip heavy and not as balanced as the 7'1.
