    Exactly. There are a lot of people that bid on a specific item, but they have to actually pay for the bid, meaning if their bid isn't taken, they still pay, and get nothing

    Baking soda, vinegar and fill livewell with water. Hitch up boat, drive around, the sloshing mixes the vinegar/baking soda with the water, and cleans the livewell
