Cable cutters work fine also. Push it as far as it will do one way, cut close to the prop shaft, then tap the other way with a hammer and it will fall right out. Did mine last week.

Post this is the props section and I bet one of those guys can tell you a prop that will cut down on porpoising quite a bit. It's worth a shot.
