Make sure it's greased up. They really greased and still have 1/16 of play told me a year or 2 to replace it, but no more rust.

Update, the water pump was good, but the cooling system was clogged, the shop flushed the whole system and replaced the water pump to be sure.

So I did the some research, check continuity on the sensor, it was bad. Even when a magnet was applied, ordered a new sensor and we're good, there was a YouTube video about.

Soooo, the live well valve was cracked. Epoxied it back together to be able to fish till my new one comes in haha
