I got the latches and cam bars from Bass Cat. They have them listed on their website with different offsets and lengths.

Try lifting up on the whole seat. It might be hooked onto a bracket. If I remember correctly, on my 205 I had to remove the center portions on the back of the seat to remove screws holding it as well.
