I ran a single 24v 60ah lithium pro with the run an the fly charger. It worked well for me but I didnt have spot lock or fish tournaments. It was an expensive option. 2500 for one battery and charger
My 21ss 300 would put a 27 promax on the limiter at 93. You should be able to swing a 29. depending on how heavy you fish.
When I switched to lithium batteries I ended up moving the cranking battery to the port side. I saw no issues with bow lift. Hole shot was better and didnt get the back deck as wet if I had to shut...
A 28 bravo xs worked by Croxton should be good. Hopefully it will put you on the limiter before you find the limits of the torque master. I would be looking for a Sporty.

That 28 bravo will get you to high 80's with a 250 and sporty, and tote a fishing load well. Send it to mark have it worked for your boat. Trim barrel, pvs holes, Balance and Blue print.

That sporty is acting like a big plow at that height. If your set on keeping it, keep the bow and load as lite as possible . try it at about 3/4 to 1' above. The bravo will lift the whole boat better...

My Bravo will slip when the bow breaks over if I have the plate up around 1.5" above. If I lower the plate for hole shot it does much better. 8 pvs holes, two plugged. But I'm running a 300xs not R....
My bravos like 1/2" to 3/4" above the pad. Sounds like too much venting, plug two pvs holes and try it. Sending it to Croxton and having it set up for your boat would help too.
