No i didnt replace any components neither the mechanic did.
I did hook up a timing light on the cylinder nbr 3 for example and had cyl 3 and 5 and tdc(1) showing on the timing wheel..
i replaced...

I did already try that. Disconnected the two black yellow plugs and ground wire. Didnt make a change at all.
Could it be that the timing isnt set correctly on the timing tabs?
