Would BTS remove some of the UV damage on the Fiberglass (mainly fiberglass/gel coat inside of boat and near the top) and act as a compound? Or would i have to get something else to do that?

Just got a boat and its my first boat and was wondering what you guys would recommend in regards to wax's and compounds for cleaning the fiberglass. thanks!
