He is a bonafide11 prop thief....
Luckily this community had installed cameras due to previous un auth visitors.
There have been a couple prop thefts in the area recently believe this is our repeat offender. If you recognize the boat we are looking for leads. The reg #s aren't visible in any of the footage....
