MEKP is the hardener. Should have the amount of MEKP on the gelcoat container instructions, it does not take much. I used a little less to give myself more time before it set.

Replacing Bunks
Dumb question, Is there an easier/better way to replace bunks than taking the old ones off and using the old bunk at a template for where to mount the new brackets/lag bolts? Have always done it...
