fuel ;pumps will be a buzzing sound port side of engine

^^^^^+1 eliminate boat as source of problem use a separate fuel supply and new OEM fuel line no afterjunk
inspect reed /are they the original carbon fiber????
try connecting orange wires together and activate trim
new check valve doesn't mean good check valve / have seen some new bad ones
most i see are 170*
89984T5 / has no top housing

very low batt voltages
shouldn't be a problem replacing would check for broken wire first
does it have a limit switch installed in trim system under cowling , possible problem
fuse link tested ??? all fuses checked on engine ???? need to replace wing nuts with stainless nuts and lock washers
i hate um , seen several powerheads lost from h2o in oil tank , be warned
low compression , broken reed valve
so your saying the the trim motor stops working at trim limit sounds like broken wire
batt supplies voltage, alt charges batt , engine must have batt voltage supplied and to run , do not disconnect engine from batt when running
shifter switch nothing wrong on engine if it works fine at cowl switch
outboard cable adjustment
2-4 lbs idling
