Can you please expound on what kind of transom issues you are having. Just curious
My 1999 is rated for a 250.
I installed one on my 99 tr-21 and didn't have to cut into the front storage.
My placard says 250

Did this just start or has it always been this way? Do you have a hot foot installed?

If you had to chose ONE, which one would you prefer? Renovating the '99 Triton TR-21 with new carpet, seats, bow/console, etc...
In aviation we like to have the bolt head either forward or outboard so that if the nut is to come loose and/or off the bolt remains in position (in theory).
My 1999 TR-21 still does this. If i start slow and feather the gas handle it allows me to fill up wide open.
The windshield is there, but it is either painted or wrapped.

Is this at operating temp or cold? My understanding is 90 or above is desired with less than 10% difference between cylinders at operating temps.

Anybody have a measurement of a 1999 TR-21 length on trailer from prop to the tongue? Trying to figure out what size garage/storage is needed to fit it inside.
