SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED IT IS A JOHNSON 150 1998 MODEL J150PLEES

I have a fuel leak of some sort. silencer box has oil in it, bottom right carb has fuel pouring out of it when running.
Also am getting a no oil alarm after 5 or so minutes of idling.

ANY RECCOMENDATIONS FOR A JOHNSON REPAIR SHOP IN THE TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA AREA.

I had a chance yesterday to check the fuse on top of the motor and it was blown, what should i look for as the cause?
