Spray soapy water to find the problem. Could be a leaky valve stem. Cheap fix if you only pull 2 miles. Just saying.
One gauge, two sensors. One for each tank.
Hand pack the bearings and change the cap to either a regular grease cap or bearing buddy cap. new rear seal. All parts will be the same except cap. Size should be 2.33 cap
Always replace both sides at the same time. If your not the original owner, one side may have been replaced. Be sure to change all associated nuts and bolts so you know what what you have. $.02
A-70 or XR-84 is the self latching.
Check a local (any brand) boat dealer?
Disconnect the battery first so there are no surprises. $.02
What part was welded? The actuator to the housing? Is the tongue fixed to the trailer or is it removable? If welded at the housing, may have to take it to a local welding shop and have to cut and re...

Lighted logo on the back of the seat? Not a factory thing in 2000 that I know of. PO must have put them on.

The outer hub for the cap should be 2.33 if it is the same inner and outer bearing, as what it should be in 2004 with UFP. FYI
