I have a 1989 Charger 195 with a 1988 Yamaha Pro-V 150 on it with a 23 pitch YAMAHA prop. All I can EVER get is 54 MPH GPS with it, no Jackplate. My Tach never goes over 3500 RPM, so it maybe...
Charger might actually have some it would be worth a call to ask. 573-365-3265 just ask for the Parts department I have called them a few times and got GREAT results.
NICE, I like it.. It could take the place of a bass boat and also a family could tube behind it. I use my 195 to do both of those things, fish and tube, but it is a little small some times.....
I'd think so. I have the same boat year and make.. except my YAMAHA is a 1988 model. It still runs strong to this day. The steering cable, if you went with cables you could get them for around...
I had to run a dedicated wire back to the battery for my Humminbird Helix. That way It wouldn't shut off when the motor was started.
I have a 1989 Charger 195. I have had it for 13 years. It is a GREAT boat. I have no complaints.. Would I like a newer one? Maybe, but no need for it.
I have a boat about the same age, it runs great. Don't let the AGE scare ya.. I have an 1989 195 with a 1988 Yamaha PRO-V 150. I fish and my kids tube behind it, it is great for both. the...
I use that just goes over the rails and hooks over the side.. I use it by my motor.
one like this. ...
Good Idea.. Charger should be able to tell you. they are very helpful. 573-765-3265 or 573-765-5648.. They have helped me a few times.
are they worn out ? couldn't you just grease them? mine have bearing buddies and I just check them every now and then, and add grease when needed..
My 1989 195 has a wiring diagram on the inside of the lid for that compartment, that houses the batteries. It a little dirty and hard to read though
the rear window decal I got from charger a few years ago. I think it was $8.. they call it a console sticker. 573-765-3265 IS THE tn for the factory.
I think their website has a link to apparel...
one thing I noticed was the 195 wasn't on there.. I guess they decided to not make it anymore.
couldn't the frame on the broken one be welded back together?
it's at a Tracker marine center, BASS PRO store.. I guess someone traded it in on a NITRO.. what were they thinking. LOL
I called charger and got an $800 Aurora Canvas cover for $400 from them. .it was NEW OLD STOCK for my 195 single console a year ago.. not sure if they have any more laying around. but it would be...
very nice.. will this be the 1st 210 elite with a 300 Hp?
Might try posting this question in the CHARGER BOATS FORUM, LOTS OF GUYS HAVE KNOWLEDGE WITH SET UP IN THERE. A FEW WORK AT THE FACTORY ALSO.
Mine has latches and key locks on them, but it is a 1989 model 195.
Yeah, "FREE BOAT" you are a funny guy. I know you won the draw boat at the tourney, but still. I am guessing $20,000. which is a great deal on a BRAND NEW boat. What model did you decide to go...
Very nice, love that YAMAHA on the back of it.
When I bought my 1965 about 10 years ago the seller sent the bench seat back to Charger and had them redo it. He told me it was around $500 but that was 10 years ago.
Aurora Canvas makes a great cover for Charger that is what you will get if you call the factory.
