Did the reeds have any metal missing that could now be in the rails or direct injector?
Might be wise to send the rail to Don for inspection and cleaning.

are the bilge tank pick up tubes available, 2.5 gallon I think a common size?
93 psi, head up but, air pressure should not be bypassing thru the regulator, listen for leaks around the di injectors, fuel pressure regulator vent hole. air lines
pull the spark plug and check...
use a pressure regulator, set to 93 psi to test with
use a pressure relater set to 93 psi to test with
page 39 has all the info you need about breaker and wire size, every manufacture provides this
Mitch I highly recomend staying away from those cheap breakers, very unreliable, may not break when needed and most have a short life span, stick with Blue seas or Bussman.
Those seal do not keep a lubricant in, they keep water out. Both seal lips towards prop
No wonder the plugs look like that, pistons an ring grooves will be seriously carboned up as well, Use the cocktail with 87 octane top tier fuel and run it at least 4500 Rpm most of the time, you are...
If battery is the proper one and fully charged and in good condition it should exceed 14 volts within 5 minutes at idle.
Test/replace thermostat.
Need to check air/fuel pressures and leak down rates, also compression test.
Toss those plugs and perform all maintenance due!.
blue wire is up, green is down power is most often red.
however you need a triton boat diagram not a motor one
Air/Fuel pressure test required, may need to be done the water while acting up.
Thanks to both of you, never gets cold enough to freeze this time of year around hear,, Positive it was drained down by 2 ounces when serviced 20 hours ago, never seen one fail this fast, Unit has...

The pics are not good, zoom in to see the warpage of the water plate and shaft seal carrier. Unit had more than oil in it, I suspect the water turning to very hot steam caused pressures to...

this compressor has 2 oil drain fittings in the bottem that have strainers in the fittings, no filters in line, one goes to the upper main cap, the other goes to the bottom of the motor,...
be sure there are no under cowl water leaks, look for white stains, even a small drip can become quite serious at speed with more water pressure.
Must have computer fault history to proceed.
Have you had the injectors flowed and cleaned yet, How many hours on motor, what specific fuel and oil are used and are you using the cocktail?
Also what are compression readings?
Air/fuel...
Real hilarious to see the results of a slow response and one handed steering on crowed water ways, NOT
Insanity at its best
Kill switch shuts the boat down after it is to late, hot foot helps avoid...
3 50 ah IONICS, about the same space as 2 grp 24 and more reserve than 3 grp 24 plus 10 yrs plus life span
Hot foot is more important than a kill switch! How many race cars have a hand throttle, I won't fish a tournament with anyone using a hand throttle.
Open waters and slower boats ok.
wrap the belt around all components except the compressor, rotate the tensioner to stop and roll the belt onto the compressor pully, be sure all belt grooves are in the right place, they do go on...

highly suspect lower crank seal is leaking, requires power head removal to replace.
drop the lower unit and look up the tunnel where the drive shaft goes for the source of the leak.
on the port...
