I decided on the replacements because the quotes from 2 local upholstery shops were anywhere from $375-$400 each. I was able to get 2 seats and 2 matching butt seats for around $600.

On their home page, they are listed as Nitro boat seats. On mine, I replaced the 2 seats and removed the partial center seat completely.
