When towing the boat, everytime I stop and pull out. There is a hard bang from the trailer. Is there an adjustment that can be made to the brakes to stop that hard slide of the coupling?

Looks like a washout for this week. From what I am seeing winds will be up. Really wanted to get out on the big lake for smallies. Now try and find them in Chaumont Bay.
