Same here. And all I'm really doing is looking at newer, bigger stuff. I like how easy my yak throws up on to the roof and goes. So easy. Easy makes me fish more, and when I fish more I catch more....

According to the Feel Free website, that yak only weighs 69lbs. That brings up another point....Do yak manufacturers blur the truth a bit when advertising their hull weights?
I haven't ruled out the Outback, but its hard to think about spending 5 or 6 hundred more when I can get the Perception for $1800.
How do you transport it? Those Feel Frees are nice.

Yes I have looked at Hobies extensively. It seems like they are all too heavy to put on my roof rack. The new Perception is 85 lbs, so I might be able to lift it up there.
