Just curious what the diference is between the mag bass rods and the Jig & Worm rods. Thanks everybody!
wow thanks guys, I did not know that St. Croix's spinning rod game was that strong. Will give them a look!
mostly the smaller 2.5- 3.5, and regular senkos, whatever size those are haha
Just got a new Stradic 2500FK. I have an old Loomis Bronzeback SMR811 S-SP. I love it, its 6' 9" fast action, however it is a "light" power rod; which I don't think will cut it for what im looking...
yes weedless, or just single hook. 3.5" and some 4.5". 5/16oz to 1/2oz
What do y'all like for soft swimbaits, like keitech swing impacts? was looking at an ALX Zolo Twitch. Its a 6'8" fast taper MedLght+ whatever that means. What are your thoughts and what does...
from what I've ben told, Dobyns doesnt have the same feel as the other rods when it comes to bottom contact baits. People seem to like them a lot more for moving baits. I dont know how true that is...
Wow great info, thanks guys! Out of curiosity, are there any other rod manufactures that you'd recommend besides the two I've picked? So far it sounds like megabass has the win here over the GLX.
How long ago were they having breakage issues?
Whats the difference in JDM vs US? Was going to buy from tackle trap.
For my jig/ worm bottom contact rod, what do you yall think?
okay, so no other differences as far as spool, or weight, or what its made out of or internal parts?
yessir
Des anybody have any experience here with the 150 curado? how does it match up against the chronarch and the bantam?
Wondering what the difference is between the 150G and the MGL?
Hi all, looking to upgrade my arsenal a bit. Getting back into fishing a bit more. Back when I was fishing a lot (maybe 5+ yrs ago) I mainly used loomis mossyback, bronzeboack, and powell endurance...
What size do you all like for drop shots and shaky heads? Mainly 10lb flouro and 6'8" to 7' rods
Just wondering if the CI4 is worth the extra money over the regular stradic?
Okay, I will give the sunline a try!
ugh man, I think im gonna have to give it a shot then. Maybe on my curado 70 because thats cheaper to spool. Thanks for the info!
I think I'm gonna have to order one. After how much I liked it in the store and how many great things everybody here is saying about it seems like a no brainer.
I've never tried the sunline I might have to give that a chance. In what ways is it better than invizX in your opinion?
As far as the bantam and Chronarch, Do any of you see a difference in the 150 size vs the 200 size. Where I live nobody stocks the Chronarch so I cant compare the two sizes.
Do you have an issue with the 15lb invizX on the curado 70? that is my only worry with it. Other than that I loved the way it fit in my hand. What gear ratio do you use? and do you see the reel being...
Nice, thanks for the info guys! Have any of you tried that crazy priced tatsu line by seaguar? I dont know if I can justify going to a line that expensive unless it really works wonders.
