On NAV position ALL lights work. On ANC position no lights work. :confused2:I wired exactly like original so "B2" pole on back of switch is bare. See pic of original switch and schematic of...
Hello gentlemen,
I fixed my livewell issues. Now I have another "operator induced" problem.:embarassed: Almost embarrassed to ask but here goes. I decided to replace all the switches. I...
Yep :thumb up2:
So here is what I've found so far. See pics and diagram. I can run all pumps at the same time cycling with timer ONLY. I can't find a wiring diagram for the timer module but I'm guessing the...
Thanks for all the input. Won’t have time to work on it again for a while. I’ll post when I do. :thumb up2:
Thank you. That’s what I was thinking.
Thanks. Still looking for help
Hi there. I replied to a post on Triton boards and asked about this issue with no reply. My livewells and recircs only work in timed mode. When I put switch to manual mode they don't work. Any...
Did you have to replace any switches? It seems like my recirc and livewell pumps only work in timed mode. Was wondering if that was the switch or the timer module or something else?
Thanks Joe. Not too familiar with it. I’ll give it a shot!

When I "just bought" my boat, it did the same thing. 6 props and a few times to the shop later, I found out, through these boards that my hotfoot was not adjusted to give WOT. Make sure yours is...
With the impeller melting, assuming they correctly installed it, I would remove the impeller plate and shift housing and look for lodged debris in the cavity under pump housing/nose cone area.
I had a 2000 Optimax. It was the first engine on my boat. I had chipped reeds and luckily did not suffer engine damage. Bought TDR reeds from Don and loved them. Definitely recommend if planning...
When I had a 2013 250 PRO XS, I had a Verado style gear case. I ran a a 26 Fury to almost 80MPH consistently and it was a BITCH to steer. Even with my 6345 heavy duty steering cylinder.
Yes on 14mm. Check the FAQ link below. Lots of good information there.

Not true. My experience with every plug I've bought for the three different Opti's on my boat, is they are factory gapped around .027. See copied line from FAQ below regarding your Opti:

Hopefully, just a guess, could be a reed failure in that cylinder. That model used original metal reeds.
Need to disconnect the one on the lower motor cover as well. Also look for signs of water intrusion inside cowling.
Glad to hear Savage. I know how I am when it ain’t right. All I think of:smile:
Whatever it is, I would still not run that way. Believe me though, there is a TON of knowledge on these boards and Joe54 is one of the "Big Dogs". You wouldn't believe how many times "Master Techs"...
The big dogs will be on in a few and probably advise NOT TO RUN until addressed. Also you may want to add serial number. It is required when posting.
