No sir, the factory two step assembly that came on my 2017 FX21LE. The forward bolt closest to the tounge snapped on me and the unit rotated.

I use mine all the time but be careful and think about putting higher grade bolts on the mount. I’m 6’6” about 230 so I’m not too heavy.... My forward bolt broke and the entire unit swung down...
