No the lines are not close object echoes, it's a screwed up centerline. All Humminbird Side Imaging units have the double line centerline.
Lots of examples of a correct centerline in this thread.
No, the double centerline should be directly below the boat icon, look at the other SI screen shots posted.

Snapshots are saved directly to the memory card in a SNAPSHOT folder=no folder= no snapshots.
That folder is what you open to view snapshots on your computer.
Reduce the Sensitivity setting so the light fish returns are not blended in with the bottom.
