After verifying you have correct pressures check the CPS.
Easy check is to crank amd look for a reading on the tach (you will have to crank for 10 seconds so the PCM has time to go through it...
So, as we all know.... an internal combustion engine is simply a pretty complex air pump... so... better air 8n and out, more performance.... cleaning up the intake plenum by moving those pesky...

Also, have any of these shops checked pressures? Ran a full report? Done any actual troubleshooting other the dumping quick clean and changing the plugs?
Because with my porting there is no other benefit and not money well spent at this point. A flash to say a 300x would be useless because my motor will hit the wall somewhere around 6k.

Id start with Checking your fuel and air pressure.
.95 +/- .05 volts at idle and around 4 at WOT
Check between the 5v (also good to check you have your 5 vilts) reference and the signal wire
