new sleeve, new Merc piston assembly, new merc injector all coming in. also sending out fuel rail clean and balanced coming.

yup i will, well compression was 120 straight on cylinders 1 to 5, number 6 had 30, pulled the head off and it had gouges in the cylinder wall, .024 deep. im thinking injector number 6 is not working...

yup well found the issue mid section was tweaked, splines in crank are good. man am i happy about that.
i didnt see anything in the way, i felt the splines in the crank when i had the power head off, i shoud have looked at them but they felt alright. will they twist and not break off. what can you do...

i used a veneer caliper and it was spot on the same size, i counted and marked the splines both are 8 spline. the shaft length is identical. i dont know why
