As far as making boats with same layout but different lengths does not seem to be hurting Phoenix. I like the Phoenix but would not own one because of the plastic used in dash and bow.
I agree with 1foot. I love BCB but I can't stand the layout of the lynx just my opinion so don't hate. I'm either getting the caracal or maybe the charger 210 elite I'm going to look at one tomorrow....
Really unsure on a few items:
1) Hydraulic jack plate ? Worth the extra $? Easy to find the sweet spot? Yes
2) 24v vs. 36v Ultrex . Your call I have 24v on my puma still undecided when I order...

I was at the expo on Friday when it opened. There were some bass cat sponsored guys checking out the lynx and really complaining to I would assume one of the head bc guys about the center rod...
All I can say is I will keep my 2016 puma ftd. I am not a fan of the center rod storage at all. I get to my baits more then I do my rods so I would have to move my rods every time to get to my baits....
I was there seen it in person. I personally think the miss the mark from the ice chest to the bow.
I don't think it's the brand of the boat. I was born and raised in central California. Made great money but it practically all went to some form of California taxes. I'm a happy camper in Texas now....
Very simple just cut the positive speaker wire strip both ends butt connect capacitor between your cut wire. I spliced mine in under the seat. If you need pictures let me know.
Finally got around to installing the bass blocker capacitor for my seat speakers and let me tell you what a difference now my tweets don't sound like they are trying to blow out the back of the seat...
I can't comment on the two models but what I can tell you is. I have ran Rangers and a skeeter which I did not like at all. I always wanted a cat but was worried about deck width I bit the bullett...
