Did you try restoring defaults? Same thing happened to me on a Gen 3 and restoring defaults fixed the issue.

I could be wrong but it’s the units that connect through Ethernet net not the 360. The smaller metal plug is Ethernet, you’ll need a AS EC QDE dongle to connect units.
