I replace the flasher with a cutting board size hole sandwich in between a small metal bracket new fish finder bracket, works perfect, no new holes to drill on dash.

OK finally got a chance to take the boat out with the Ballistic prop it ran a lot better, hole shot is great, need just a little throttle to get on plane and a little trim down...

I have a 25p vsm3 powertech prop that came of a 250hp Yamaha hpdi for sale.

I've had it 3rd hole from top not good, now it's 1st from top, the handling is better, from bottom of boat with a straight edge to anti ventilation plate it's 5 1/4 inches above the pad.
