Boat Bling Hot Sauce is hands down the best at removing hard water spots. I run on a very calcium rich lake that water and vinegar doesn't work on. Boat bling knocks them right out the first time.

Sounds like the main little yellow switch on the fuse from the cranking battery needs to be reset. Or check that the red master power switch is set to be on for all batteries.
