I found that knocking on the VST close to the internal fuel pump caused it to fire back up as it sputtered. Pulled tank apart and found more debris (ethanol Jelly) below the pump.....

I forgot to add that there was a significant amount of water in the fuel tank. New tank and new fuel. Thanks
