Took a little ride today, and all of the lakes around Mitchell are open, fishing this weekend!!!

Sawguy, we have wondered who's house that was since it was built. A lot of the time it looks like no one lives there full time. I fish out a black and white Triton. Say hello some time.

For some reason I can't see the video, what kind of grass are you fishing? A local lake has loads of very dense curly pond weed. I haven't tried punching yet, but think it might be to thick to punch....

We catch a lot of big walleyes shallow while fishing smallies, mainly on plastics, but also on spinnerbaits and square bills.

Was able to get out today. Water and temps about46 degrees with lots of wind and dirty water. Had one bite on a chatterbait. 21.5 long but only weighed 5-9.
