Bass pro shop has spare tire covers for 13 tires, I might end up getting one. In the mean time I put a spare tire holder on my trailer to vertically mount the spare.

Thanks for the tip I will get some wac-303 and try it out. I bought a spare tire bracket to mount the spare to the side of the trailer, so the spare doesn't collect water.
