i think its the switch in the throttle handle. i had a similar problem and replaced the switch and no more problems.

I’m replacing my HPDI after blowing the engine for the second time. Either wait till it blows or replace now. Had a mechanic warn I needed to replace 6 years ago but didn’t have the funds then
