I'm not a Helix guy so hopefully somebody will chime in on the previous update requirements question. I do know, however, that many times people download the .bin file to the computer multiple times...

Doing a Restore Factory Defaults will put it in a "fresh" state.
The Target Lock update instructions mention an Apex/Solix 4.130 update which needs to be installed. I would assume this update will be coming very soon.
The sequence doesn't seem as important this time as there is no warning in the instructions like there was before... Only that both need to be updated for everything to work properly.
Hopefully, it finished. I also can't read what is on the screen.
