For anyone else with this issue contact powerpole. After speaking with them they are replacing the cylinder free of charge via RMA. They did in fact use bennett cylinders at one point.

I hadn't contacted powerpole yet bc the cylinder clearly had bennett on it so I figured powerpole wouldn't be able to help me being it's not their part. That's my next step if I can't find this part
