Wanted to ask if anyone uses any on the Loomis Mag rods for jerkbaits? I've read that a few anglers do but it seems limited. Pros? Cons?

Every spring for the last 25 years a Zoom 4" in black and black/red glitter Texas rigged 1/16 oz.

Zman Ticklerz and Hula Stickz.

For me, I find throwing a 1/16oz. Ned a problem. Just not getting the distance. 1/8oz is ok.

Thanks. I think the 703c is exactly what I'm looking for. I think I'd prefer it over the 703cc(Gabes Rip Rap Special. Great price as well. A lot of excellent reviews on TW. Like the aesthics as well.
