It is, but I've been reading that these batteries like more than 5amps and that they need to be charged at a certain voltage, otherwise they never really "fully charge."

Bought an X2 Group 27 battery about 10 months ago. I (stupidly) thought my Minn Kota 315D charger could charge it. I leave my charger plugged in when not using the boat.

Here's the factory service manual when compared to the Crowley Marine site. The brass screws do not show up in the Crowley Marine site.

Glad to hear it got resolved. Had a similar issue with my old Johnson. New trim motor made it run perfectly.

That's what I figured it was after reading a couple of older posts on this forum. I'll probably do the same thing when I replace the carpet with seadek.

I'm thinking of installing Seadeck or some similar material on the floor when the carpet needs replaced.

Let me know what you find when you redo the carpet. Pictures would be awesome!
